Why the tyres are wearing on one edge
Potholes, kerbs and a heavy hit on the quay wall knock geometry out. The first sign is usually a feathered inner or outer shoulder — and a set of tyres that should have done 25,000 km looking finished at 12,000. Alignment is cheaper than another set.
We will not set tracking on a soft tyre. Pressures first, then the rack. If you have just bought tyres from us, ask us to check the geometry before you leave. It is the cheapest way to make them last on Waterford roads.

Book the check, do not guess camber
DIY “a bit of toe” is how cars fail NCT geometry. Book a slot, tell us what the car is doing, and we will measure it. If the arms are bent we will say so rather than chasing a number that will not hold.
