Tom Geraghty Tyres Ltd is the controller. We keep data we need to fit tyres, handle workshop enquiries and fulfil Stripe orders.
The enquiry form collects name, phone, optional email, vehicle and registration so we can call you back. Shop checkouts are processed by Stripe; we receive the details needed to fulfil the order. We do not sell lists.
Registrations are used only for fitment and job cards. You can ask for access or deletion at accounts@tomgeraghtytyres.com, except where we must keep invoices.
