Customers asked for years whether we would do the jobs that sit beside tyres. At Newrath we now supply and fit steering parts, replace brake pads and carry out routine servicing. The mechanic has twenty years on the tools. It is not a main-dealer menu of every possible job — if we can do it properly, we will book it. If we cannot, we will say so and point you somewhere honest.

Grattan Quay remains tyres, alloys, alignment and punctures for cars. Do not bring a clutch job to the quay; the lift and the parts counter are at Newrath.

What to tell us when you book

Call Newrath on 051 857666 with the make, model, year and what the car is doing — a grind on the brakes, a wander in the steering, a service light, a noise over ramps. We confirm parts and a slot by phone. There is no Stripe checkout on a service. You pay in the workshop when the job is done.

Tyres plus a service on the same visit

If the car also needs tyres, say so when you book. We can often fit a set at Newrath while the service is happening, or send you to Grattan Quay for a size we hold in depth on the passenger rack. One conversation beats two wasted trips across the city.
