Returns
Unused, unfitted goods in original condition can be returned. Fitted tyres and wheels cannot.
Irish consumer law applies to shop orders. You may cancel most unused goods within 14 days of delivery or collection if they have not been fitted, kerbed or used. Return shipping on change-of-mind is yours unless the item is faulty.
Once a tyre or wheel is fitted, it is not returnable except where there is a manufacturing defect — we will process those with the brand. Workshop enquiries are not distance-sales; they are not this returns policy.
